Study of sensor properties of zinc oxide based nanostructures

Abstract: Nanostructures based on zinc oxide were synthesized on ceramic substrate with interdigitated electrodes by spin-coating and low-temperature hydrothermal method. The sensor response to CO, CO2 and O2 was studied at room temperature under near UV light illumination. Gas exposure was supplied using metrological certified equipment.
