Study of Telecom Industry Ombudsman and its Regulatory Relevance for Customer Satisfaction

Abstract: Purpose: To study, analyse and compare telecom ombudsman functioning in Australia, the United Kingdom (UK), the United States of America (USA), in context of proposed telecom ombudsman in India.
