Study of the Effect of Aging During Chemical and Thermal Treatment on the Structure and Properties of Steel 18хгт and 20х

Abstract

The paper proposes a study of the effect of chemical and thermal treatment on the structure and properties of the grid of the agricultural separator made of 20X steel. As a comparative analogue of this steel, the grating of an agricultural separator made of 18ХГТ steel was used, from which test samples were made to determine the mechanical properties and microstructure. The data of the study allowed us to expand the understanding of the formation of the structural component and the influence of heat treatment parameters, namely cementation, on mechanical and operational properties.
