Study of the hydraulic system simulation and PID autotuning based on relay feedback of the tantalum-niobium tube straightener

Abstract: The hydraulic gauge control system of the tantalumniobium tube straightener is introduced in this paper, in which the proportional valves are applied to control the force and position. Modeling and simulation of the hydraulic system is carried out with the DSHplus simulation tool according to the design parameters.
