Abstract:Alloys of the Fe‒C‒Si‒Мn‒Сr‒W‒V system widely used for hot-rolling roll repairs provide high resistance of the deposited layer against abrasion, but its thermal endurance is relatively low. It is shown that in order to ensure the quality of roll repair, it is necessary to improve the composition of the flux-cored wire charge and the technology of their use.
