Study of the Toxicological Impact of Different Components of Ash-Heap Water (Sulphur Rich Phenolic Leachate) Using Luminescent Bacteria as Test Organisms

Abstract: The chemical composition and the toxicity of sulphur rich phenolic leachates (ash-heap water; AHW) was determined and impact of its main components (phenolic and sulphuric compounds, heavy metals) and pH to the net foxicity of AHW was estimated.
