Abstract:In order to meet mobility needs and prevent congestion, the government introduced and began operating Trans Siginjai Jambi in 2017. The low load factor value, however, indicates that its utilization is currently not optimal in supporting the mobility of people in Jambi City. Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) is a closed transportation system, which bus shelters is become one of the main infrastructures to support its operation.
