Abstract:Hybrid bonded-rived joint combines bonding and riveting and has become one of the most important connection forms in composite materials. This paper investigates and analyzes the influence of geometric parameters of CFRP hybrid bonded-rived joints on load-bearing strength. The finite element method is used to analyze the strength of the hybrid bonded/riveted joint between carbon fiber composite and metal under tensile load.
