Study on Flatness Error Measurement System of Large Plane based on Laser Dots

Abstract: In order to meet the needs of large plane’s flatness error measurement and aim at the time-consuming, laborious, expensive and inefficient problems, a flatness error measurement system of large plane based on laser dots was designed.
