Abstract:Lignin peroxidase is the most efficient lignin degradation enzyme. In this study, lignin peroxidase from Irpex Iacteus (I.Iacteus) was heterologously expressed in Schizosaccharomyces pombe (S.pombe), the activity of the exocrine recombinant lignin peroxidase was 11.25U/L.
