Abstract:In this paper, a novel AgCuInTi20-20-4.5 active filler paste for Al2O3 bonding was prepared using the route of vacuum smelting and centrifugal atomizing powder production. The aim of the research was to characterize the AgCuInTi filler paste, and to study the direct brazing of Al2O3 ceramics and copper.
