Abstract:This study focused on analyzing the differences in efficacy of different doses of mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroids. 117 uterine fibroid patients admitted between September 2018 and September 2022 were selected and divided into two groups including 55 patients (control group) receiving 25.0 mg mifepristone oral therapy and 62 patients (research group) receiving 12.5 mg mifepristone oral therapy, both once daily for three menstrual cycles.
