Study on the Influence of Electrostatic Force on Collision Efficiency between Micro-Particle

Abstract: This paper is mainly about the impact of electrostatic forces on the collision efficiency, whinch collision is caused by the internal forces between micro-particles. The Fourth-order Runge-Kutta method is used to solve the dynamical equations of the micro-particle collision.
