Study on the relationship between intercalation rate of melt-blown nonwovens and process parameters based on correlatio n analysis

Abstract

The melt-blown nonwoven material is an important raw material for mask production, which has attracted much attention. There are many technological parameters for the preparation of intercalated melt-blown nonwovens, and there are interactive effects among the parameters, which are more complicated after intercalation airflow. In order to better study the regulation mechanism of product performance, our team established a mathematical model of process parameters with structural variables and a mathematical model of structural variables with product performance based on 25 groups of control experiments and experimental data of fixed intercalation rate. Also, we tried to solve different problems with the models. Based on correlation analysis and partial correlation analysis, the preparation process parameters of intercalated melt-blown nonwovens are explored to some extent, and the influence of intercalation rate is analyzed, which provides a relatively reliable theoretical basis for industrial production.
