Study on the size effect of the secant modulus of rocks containing multiple parallel joints

Abstract: The secant modulus of the rock reflects the stiffness of the rock and the ability to resist deformation. There are significant differences in the secant modulus of the rock due to the different numbers of joints in the rock and the change in rock size.
