Study Protocol: Development and Pilot Testing of the Critical Care Pain Observation Tool for Families (CPOT-Fam)

Abstract: BackgroundPatients in the intensive care unit (ICU) often have limited ability to communicate making it more difficult to identify and effectively treat their pain.
