The first step of this procedure includes the theoretical cross section for neutrino excitation that may be determined within an effective model calculation as the shell model [19,36,47], the continuum random-phase approximation (CRPA) [35,52], the quasiparticle random-phase approximation (QRPA), etc., for all the possible neutrino excitations [7,8,20,39].
