Studying the Relationship Between Teamwork Competences and Successful Innovative Projects

Abstract: This paper aims to study the relationship between teamwork competences and successful innovative projects. Empirical insights are provided on this relationship from a study carried out at the School of Mining and Energy Engineering (UPM) in Madrid (Spain).
