“…In the given research the method of non-stationary heat exchange process was taken for study on the basis of the following reason [17]: processes are fast flowing, they do not require much time for the preliminary holding at the pre-set temperature; measurements of thermal parameters of the fluid media occur at minor temperature changes, this improves the reliability of the results; the given method enables to carry out measurements in the conditions of the constant changes of the temperature to certain value; non-stationary methods provide wider possibilities, regarding the choice of heat (cold) source than the stationary methods.
