Abstract: INTRODUCTION. Typical clinical features of subacute thyroiditis (SAT) are commonly assessed such as – neck pain and high body temperature, as well as thyroid function abnormalities, elevated inflammatory markers, and strongly suggestive hypoechoic ultrasonography characteristics.
