Abstract:We report a rare case of a ruptured anterior spinal artery (ASA) aneurysm caused by bilateral vertebral artery (VA) occlusion. Case Presentations: A 78-year-old man suddenly developed severe headache and slight hemiparesis, and was admitted to our hospital.
