Abstract:Isoenzymes of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) from human platelets exhibit formation of subbands when examined by disc acrylamide electrophoresis using a 13% acrylamide in separating gel with a running temperature within the column of 45° C. at pH 8.9. One subband is found close to LDH 1, two bands close to LDH 2, all exhibiting a slower electrophoretic mobility than the main band. Three bands are seen in the LDH 3 area.
