Abstract:Leiomyosarcomas are uncommon soft tissue tumors which can arise anywhere in the body. Leiomyosarcomas of the scrotum belonging to the subcutaneous superficial group are rare and do not involve the testis, epididymis or spermatic cord. Immunohistochemistry is very important to diagnose and differentiate it from other spindle shaped lesions which may arise at this site. We present a case of scrotal mass in a 87 year old male which was diagnosed as leiomyosarcomas.
