Subepicardial hematoma after percutaneous coronary intervention

Abstract: Subepicardial or intramyocardial hematoma must be considered when a coronary perforation is suspected in absence of hemopericardium. Transthoracic echocardiogram or computed tomography may be used to decide a conservative or invasive approach.
