Sublethal Toxicity Effects of P-CNB on POD and CAT Activity in Liver of Brocarded Carp

Abstract: Two kinds of antioxidant activities in liver of fish were investigated. Fish was exposed to different concentrations (1/6LC 50 , 1/4LC 50 , 1/3LC 50 , 1/2LC 50 ) and killed at 3, 7, 14, 21 and 28 day after exposure. The activities of Peroxidase (POD) and Catalase (CAT) in liver tissue were analyzed.
