Abstract: Clinical Images: Subscapular bursitis and calcinosis in a patient with dermatomyositisThe patient, a 59-year-old man with dermatomyositis (DM), presented with fever, chills, and acute right subscapular pain in the setting of chronic bilateral subscapular bursitis.
