Subspace identification of low-dimensional Structural-Thermal-Optical-Performance (STOP) models of reflective optics

Abstract: In this paper, we investigate the feasibility of using subspace system identification techniques for estimating transient Structural-Thermal-Optical Performance (STOP) models of reflective optics.
