Abstract:CsPT4 is an aromatic prenyltransferase that synthesizes cannabigerolic acid (CBGA), the key intermediate of cannabinoid biosynthesis in Cannabis sativa, from olivetolic acid (OA) and geranyl diphosphate (GPP).
