Subtle Microscopic Abnormalities in Hippocampal Sclerosis Do Not Predict Clinical Features of Temporal Lobe Epilepsy

Abstract: Summary:Purpose: Subtle microdysplastic features are found in some patients with hippocampal sclerosis (HS) and refractory temporal lobe epilepsy. The significance of these findings is unknown.
