Abstract:Background and Aims: Malnutrition and cachexia are frequent in Head and Neck Cancers (HNC) patients. These complications occur as a result of the cancer but worsened by surgery, radiotherapy or chemotherapy that further challenge oral intake but also airway obstruction.
