Successful Anesthetic Management of an Adult with Sotos Syndrome

Abstract: Sotos syndrome is a rare genetic disorder presenting with craniofacial abnormalities, profound hypotonia, and cardiac abnormalities, giving rise to several potential challenges and concerns for an anesthesiologist.
