Successful autotransplantation of cryopreserved ovarian tissue with recovery of the ovarian function

Abstract: Cryopreservation and transplantation of ovarian tissue allowed to restore the ovarian function. It could offer an alternative physiological solution to treating premature ovarian failure caused by oncological therapy.
