With regard to recipient site complications, out of 10 Rectus abdominus (with skin) 6 Jejunal segment 6 Groin (fat only) 3 Total (20%) 15 the 6 patients having jejunal grafts 5 developed salivary fistulae which all healed without surgical intervention.
