Successful Conviction of Intoxicated Drivers at a Level I Trauma Center

Abstract: IntroductionConviction rates for drivers driving under the influence (DUI) and in motor vehicle collisions (MVC) presenting to trauma centers are based primarily on data from the 1990s.
