Abstract: IntroductionABO-incompatible (ABOi) kidney transplantation (KT) has become an important option to overcome organ shortage. Plasmapheresis/rituximab-based desensitization therapy has successfully reduced anti-ABO antibody levels and suppressed antibody-mediated rejection (AMR) in ABOi KT.
