Successful Long-term Management of Two Cases of Moderate Hemoptysis Due to Chronic Cavitary Pulmonary Aspergillosis with Bronchial Occlusion Using Silicone Spigots

Abstract: Chronic pulmonary aspergillosis is a major cause of life-threatening hemoptysis. In symptomatic patients with simple aspergillomas, surgery is the main therapeutic method for preventing or treating life-threatening hemoptysis.
