Successful Management of a Young Patient Suffering From Pyoderma Gangrenosum Following Gastric Bypass Surgery: A Case Report

Abstract: Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) is a pathogenetically ill-defined neutrophilic dermatosis frequently characterized by severely painful ulcerations with no identifiable infective pathogens.
