Recently, the usefulness of cholangioscopy through a percutaneous transhepatic or transpapillary route for postoperative biliary strictures or obstructions has been described 2 3 . EUS-guided antegrade intervention under cholangioscopy via an EUS-HGS route is an alternative treatment.…”
