Interestingly, we recently used fibrin sealant to prevent type II endoleak in a patient with PAA rupture (28). The fibrin sealant was injected directly into the aneurysm sac in our procedure, and no signs of endoleak were observed during the follow-up period, indicating that it may be an alternative choice in PAA surgery.…”
