Abstract:Key Clinical MessageIn Hurler syndrome, corneal opacification is a common finding but rarely manifests as hypertrophic scars. A 6‐year‐old boy with Hurler syndrome had a hypertrophic scar on his left eye, which was successfully treated with superficial keratectomy.
