Abstract:This case report describes a successful treatment of rare double malignant fistulas in an advanced rectosigmoid junction tumor using neoadjuvant chemoradiation and surgery. An 81-year-old woman presented with poor appetite, abdominal fullness, dizziness, and bloody stool.
