Abstract:Oesophagomediastinal fistula is uncommon. Oesophageal fistulas, may manifest as recurrent pneumonias. While pulmonary infections can lead to pulmonary artery pseudoaneurysms (PAPs), particularly in fungal infections. PAPs pose a rupture risk, potentially causing life‐threatening hemoptysis.
