Abstract: Synovitis, acne, pustulosis, hyperostosis, and osteitis (SAPHO) syndrome is a rare chronic inflammatory disease mainly manifested as skin and osteoarticular lesions. Herein, we describe a female patient with SAPHO syndrome exhibited paradoxical psoriasis and primary palmoplantar pustulosis (PPP) worsened during treatment with adalimumab.
