Abstract: Hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) represents a fatal immunopathology derived from excessive inflammatory reactions. In particular, lymphoma-associated hemophagocytic syndrome (LAHS) is associated with a dismal prognosis. The current study presented a challenging case of splenic LAHS.
