Successful Treatment of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus-Associated Thrombocytopenia with Eltrombopag: A Report of Two Cases and Literature Review

Abstract: Thrombocytopenia is one of the common haematological manifestations, occurring in 7% to 30% of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients.
