Abstract: Trichilemmal carcinoma (TC) is a rare, malignant cutaneous adnexal tumor. TC often has nonspecific clinical manifestations and its aggressive nature is frequently overlooked. Metastasis of TC is rarely reported and there is no standard treatment for recurrent or metastatic TC.
