Abstract:Perinatal tuberculosis (TB) is a rare disease with severe clinical conditions that may spread to several organs. Early diagnosis to initiate an anti‐TB regimen is key to saving patients. We report the successful treatment of two preterm babies with perinatal TB and sepsis at the National Children's Hospital (NCH), Vietnam.
