Successful Treatment with the Chin-down Maneuver of Dysphagia Secondary to Descending Necrotizing Mediastinitis: A Case Study

Abstract: Cervical necrotizing fasciitis, commonly of pharyngeal, tonsillar, or odontogenic origins, is a rare polymicrobial infection.
