Abstract:Introduction: This report describes the use of conjunctival flaps to enable the survival of type I keratoprosthesis (KPro) in two cases of bilateral severe total limbal stem cell deficiency (LSCD) following chemical burns. Presentation of case: Two patients had a history of bilateral chemical injury with lime.
