Successfully non-surgical management of flail chest as first manifestation of multiple myeloma: A case report

Abstract: BACKGROUNDMultiple myeloma is a malignant neoplasm of the bone marrow characterized by neoplastic proliferation of monoclonal plasma cells with a high relationship with destructive bone disease.
